We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator to support our production team, ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe packaging processes that meet stringent quality standards. Where You'll Make an Impact: Operate packaging machinery accurately according to instructions from the team leader. Ensure products are packed efficiently and correctly, with proper labeling. Minimize product damages during packing. Assist and support team members to achieve production targets. Attend relevant training sessions to stay updated. Report defective equipment to the shift leader. Monitor product quality against customer-approved samples, reporting non-conformances immediately. Record quality checks and maintain accurate documentation. Continuously monitor machine and mould performance, reporting issues promptly. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and food safety procedures. Adhere to housekeeping standards, ensuring a neat and safe workspace. Follow safety protocols diligently, reporting any injuries. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and dress code.
