Administrative Clerk

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will handle various clerical tasks that support our operations while providing excellent service to our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain accurate records of documentation related to daily operations.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, calls, and face-to-face inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in data entry and management in our electronic filing systems.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for team members as required.
  • Assist with COIDA, CIPC, UIF, SARS eFiling, CSD and corporate related documentation.
  • Generate regular reports and compile data for various departments to facilitate decision-making.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency in administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Afrikaans).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and office management procedures.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive client information.
  • Proven experience working with COIDA, CIPC, UIF, SARS eFiling and CSD related documentation and systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience using office management software or CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in a corporate setting is an advantage.
  • Proven experience with the drafting of corporate documentation.
