SUMMARY
POSITION INFO
Key responsibilities Plan and coordinate production and supply of marketing and sales collateral: print, digital, PR, POS, catalogues, shop profiling and promotional materials. Administer e-commerce/Shopify activities: product updates, promotions, landing pages, content accuracy, basic QA and escalations. Manage updates and digital communications across websites, social media, e-commerce promotions, newsflashes and campaign assets. Track and maintain campaign and e-commerce budgets, content deadlines, approvals and reporting deliverables. Prepare campaign performance reports using Shopify, Google Analytics, social media and paid-ad data. Support paid digital advertising via asset coordination, landing-page checks, basic monitoring and agency liaison. Ensure digital content, product information, pricing, links and brand assets comply with brand guidelines and are accurate. Assist with campaign design and implementation alongside Marketing Manager, Sales and Product teams. Administer monthly marketing calendar and use tracking systems to report on online and offline campaign performance. Oversee marketing stock and promotional merchandise: design, ordering, stocktakes and co‑marketing expense records. Manage outsourced supplier projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery (with Marketing Manager guidance). Support visual displays and marketing presence at shows, exhibitions and events as required. Qualifications & experience Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. Preferably 4–7 years’ experience in a marketing environment. Required skills & attributes Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good IT systems understanding. Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, campaign coordination or marketing operations. Shopify or similar platform experience advantageous. Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Familiarity with social media (organic and paid) and Google Analytics. Good project-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages advantageous. Strong communication, stakeholder relationship and customer-service skills; international communication experience preferred. Detail-oriented, proactive, responsive, deadline-driven and able to own tasks end-to-end. Flexible work schedule when required; valid driver’s licence and own transport.
