Job description
- Development and execution of Strategic Sales Plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Building strong Sales pipeline and achieving Sales Gross Profit Targets
- Developing Relationships with Mining, Construction, Agriculture, Transport and Industrial sectors
- Prepare and present Technical and Commercial proposals
- Promoting Hydraulic solutions (Hose Fittings, Diagnostics and onsite service)
- Preparing quotations, proposals and tenders
- Customer retention and account expansion
- Coordinate with operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity
Qualifications required
- A National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Business OR any related fields
- Technical Qualification in Hydraulics would be highly advantageous
Skills and experience required
- 5 – 8 Years experience in Business Development / Sales / Key Accounts Management
- Proven Technical experience in Hydraulics, Fluid Power
- Strong experience and understanding of Hydraulics systems and applications
- Proven track record or experience in dealing with OEM’s
- Strong experience in Relationship building and strong Negotiation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Hose and Fittings
R 900 000 CTC per annum + Petrol
