M&A Associate

We are currently seeking a M&A Associate to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' M&A experience.
• Experience within the Metals & Mining sector.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring skills.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience within investment banking is essential, while exposure to private equity, transaction advisory, commercial banking, valuations, or corporate finance will be advantageous.
• Strong leadership ability with a collaborative approach.
