POSITION INFO

What You'll Be Responsible For Providing strategic leadership across manufacturing and operations. Driving production performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. Leading Business Unit and Operations Managers to achieve operational excellence. Developing and implementing manufacturing strategies that support business growth. Managing budgets, profitability, cost optimisation, and commercial performance. Overseeing production planning, quality, SHEQ, compliance, and governance. Building a high-performance culture through effective people leadership and succession planning. Working closely with Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Engineering, and Executive Management to achieve business objectives. Championing innovation, technology adoption, and operational best practices across multiple sites. What We're Looking For BSc Degree, Production, Operations or Engineering qualification. MBA, MBL or EDP qualification will be advantageous. Minimum 10 years' manufacturing experience . At least 8 years in Production and Operations leadership . Proven Senior Management experience. Strong background within a precast concrete, concrete products or paving manufacturing environment . Experience managing large production teams and multi-site operations. Sound commercial, financial and strategic business acumen. Knowledge of Supply Chain, Procurement, Vendor Management and Continuous Improvement. Exposure to SAP or JDE ERP systems will be advantageous. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 , OHS Act , and SHEQ management systems.
