Location: Durban (with travel within assigned areas)

Employment Type: Fixed -Term Contract (6 Months) with opportunity for a permanent role subject to performance and business needs.

About BookMyTable

BookMyTable is South Africa's newest restaurant discovery and booking platform, helping restaurants increase their visibility, attract more diners, and manage bookings effortlessly.

We're looking for energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Sales Representatives to introduce restaurants to BookMyTable and sign-up new restaurant partners across South Africa.

Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business with a bold vision to reshape South Africa’s restaurant industry.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting restaurants, meeting with owners and managers, demonstrating the BookMyTable platform, and converting restaurants into active subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new restaurant opportunities.
  • Visit restaurants daily within your assigned territory.
  • Meet with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate the BookMyTable platform.
  • Explain package options and pricing.
  • Sign up new restaurant partners.
  • Capture accurate restaurant information.
  • Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners.
  • Follow up on leads and previous visits.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Represent the BookMyTable brand professionally at all times.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights.

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid South African Driver's Licence.
  • Reliable own vehicle.
  • Own smartphone.
  • Own laptop (advantageous).
  • Own cellphone.
  • Willingness to travel daily.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous).

Remuneration

Basic Salary

Competitive Monthly Basic Salary + Commission, Cell and Fuel Allowance

Commission

Uncapped commission paid on every successful restaurant subscription.
