Contracts Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team on major infrastructure projects in Limpopo. This opportunity is ideal for a professionally registered Contracts Manager with a strong track record in the successful delivery of SANRAL projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing project execution, ensuring contractual compliance, and leading site teams to deliver high-quality results safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of civil construction contracts from commencement through to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Monitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and programme management.
• Manage project risks and resolve contractual and operational issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• SACPCMP registration as a Contracts Manager is essential.
• Proven experience managing SANRAL infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
