Company and Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced finance professional to take ownership of the finance department and support the continued success of a well-established manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual who enjoys being involved in both strategic and operational finance activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full finance function, payroll management, management accounts, debtor management, and financial reporting. The organisation offers a supportive and down-to-earth working environment and is looking for a personable, proactive individual who enjoys working closely with both management and operational teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the full finance function from transaction processing through to reporting Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports Oversee the full debtors function, including collections and account management Manage payroll processes and ensure statutory compliance Perform month-end and year-end procedures Monitor cash flow and support budgeting processes Ensure compliance with financial controls and company policies Liaise with external auditors and relevant stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiencies Job Experience and Skills Required Education: BCom Accounting, Finance or a related qualification Experience: Minimum 10 years' finance and accounting experience Proven experience managing the full finance function Strong management accounts experience Full debtors function experience essential Payroll management experience essential Experience within a manufacturing environment advantageous Skills: Sage Accpac 300 Advanced Microsoft Excel Vanilla Payroll advantageous Strong financial reporting abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take ownership Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Why Apply?
