Crime Intelligence & Analysis Manager About the Role Are you a seasoned intelligence professional who knows how to turn complex crime data into strategic tactical advantages? We are seeking an Intelligence & Analysis Manager to lead a specialized team of analysts, spearhead advanced investigative support, and act as a trusted advisor to high-level corporate clients. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical data science and operational security - translating hotspots, trend variations, and link analyses into executive-level business risk solutions. If you possess a rare blend of deep analytical expertise, advanced command of intelligence platforms, and a natural ability to lead people, this layout is built for you. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Mentoring: Drive a high-performing culture. You will manage work allocation, mentor junior analysts, oversee performance management, and foster an environment of continuous growth. Advanced Intelligence-Led Analysis: Oversee crime pattern analysis, link analysis, temporal mapping, and proactive risk forecasting to identify emerging trends and threats. Executive Reporting & Presentations: Author high-impact intelligence and risk analysis reports. You must be comfortable standing in front of C-suite clients to deliver clear, actionable presentations that strip away technical jargon. High-Value Client Management: Act as the primary strategic touchpoint for key clients. You will manage expectations, handle difficult security conversations with evidence-based data, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Investigation & Prosecution Support: Directly support investigators on active cases by mapping suspect networks, tracking target vehicles, and preparing airtight analytical bundles that can withstand legal cross-examination. What We Are Looking For The Track Record: 10 to 15 years of solid experience within crime intelligence, tactical analysis, or corporate investigations. Proven Leadership: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a structured management or team-lead role. You know how to motivate a team and manage underperformance directly but constructively. Technical Toolbelt: Advanced, hands-on proficiency with CiiMS and IBM i2 Analyst''s Notebook is non-negotiable. Strong capability in building operational dashboards via Power BI is highly advantageous. Communication Elite: Exceptional report-writing skills and an "executive presence." You can talk to field investigators in the morning and present financial risk impacts to board members in the afternoon.
