Software Implementation Engineer (AI & Agentic Workflows)

Our client is looking for a Software Implementation Engineer who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, enterprise systems, and solving complex business challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology business where you will design and deploy AI-powered workflows that transform the way organisations operate.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows and autonomous business processes.
• Integrate enterprise platforms using REST APIs, Webhooks and automation tools.
• Build event-driven solutions that synchronise business systems in real time.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Develop, test and optimise AI implementations for performance and reliability.
• Analyse solution performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Produce technical documentation and implementation plans.
• Work closely with cross-functional technical and client-facing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant software implementation or integration experience.
• Experience working with REST APIs and Webhook architectures.
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), AI workflows or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strong Python and data transformation skills.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications such as CRM platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with AI solutions in contact centre environments will be advantageous.
