POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Operationalise and embed operating model by translating design intent into practical ways of working, governance routines, decision rights, and accountability mechanisms. Improve alignment between the corporate office and hospitals by reducing friction, duplication, delayed decisions, and unnecessary escalations. Strengthen leadership clarity on accountability, handovers, ownership, and cross-functional ways of working. Lead enterprise organisation design and effectiveness initiatives that ensure structures, roles, spans of control, reporting lines, and accountabilities are strategically aligned. Deliver organisation design initiatives through diagnostics, options analysis, recommendations, and implementation plans. Ensure organograms, role profiles, job descriptions, RACIs, and accountability frameworks are current and governed. Improve role clarity, reduce overlap, and align structure with strategy and execution. Strengthen performance enablement and accountability through clear role outcomes, responsibilities, and success measures. Embed performance management tools, guidance, and routines. Build manager capability in setting expectations and giving feedback. Lead change enablement for strategic initiatives with adoption plans, stakeholder strategies, and communication plans. Measure adoption and identify resistance or risks early. Build leadership effectiveness and routines for decision-making, collaboration, and accountability. Design interventions to improve leadership routines, team effectiveness, and engagement. Generate organisational insights through diagnostics, analytics, and reporting. Support evidence-based leadership decisions with data and diagnostics. Shape culture, engagement, and ways of working through defining and reinforcing behaviours and leadership practices.
