Role Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a completed Grade 12 qualification. While a formal management qualification is not required, the ability to lead and influence others confidently is essential. Your natural leadership presence, sound judgement, and commitment to personal and team development will support a culture where people are motivated to contribute and thrive. This role is ideal for someone who brings at least three years of solid administrative experience, with hands-on involvement in managing workflows in busy, time‑sensitive environments. Experience in pathology laboratories or care centres is especially valuable.
You understand how to balance competing priorities, coordinate people and processes, and keep operations moving effectively even on demanding days. Through your practical experience, you have learnt how to navigate operational challenges with professionalism, support your team through pressure, and maintain focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
