We are looking to book an administrative resource for maximum 3 months the Hospital Manager secretarial position
The incumbent would be required to complete the following tasks amongst other adhoc responsibilities
- Coordinated executive administrative support, including diary management, meetings, minute-taking, correspondence, filing, and office operations for the Hospital Manager and Senior Management Team.
- Managed stakeholder communication by screening calls, handling enquiries, assisting doctors, coordinating MAC meetings, and maintaining professional databases and reports.
- Oversaw administrative logistics such as travel, catering, venue bookings, conference centre management, and preparation of presentations, documentation, and statistical reports.
- Delivered excellent customer service by resolving complaints, supporting dissatisfied clients, ensuring effective communication, and upholding the hospital's brand, policies, and professional standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to deal with confidential matters and interact professionally at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Grade 12 essential. A secretarial qualification would be an advantage
- Five to seven years’ experience in a secretarial/PA position
- Computer literacy, including MS Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel and Access.
