Sales Representative

Leading Plant and Equipement Hiring Company are seeking Sales Reps in Gauteng as well as Johannesburg and Surrounding Areas

Main Purpose

To call and engage clients in and around an allocated area. To build and maintain relationships with these clients. To promote and sell a full range of the Company’s products.

Responsibilities

• Plan calls and call frequency
• Call and follow up on customers
• Do Quotations
• Invoice Customers
• Attend to Deliveries, if needed
• Assist with Account queries
• Log, resolve and follow up on customer queries
• Arrange Demonstrations of machines to customers
• Resolve breakdowns with service technicians
• Attend to any other duty related to the Job Description as requested by management
• Attend to job-related administration
• Candidate must be friendly, personable and be able to build effective harmonious relationships with clients, co-workers and general public
• Ability to perform duties with deliberate speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision
• Experience in a client service environment
• Sound business acumen
• Planning ability
• Ability to exercise good judgement in recognizing scope of authority and protecting confidential information

Education, Training, Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum Qualification: Matric/ Grade 12
• Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous
• Good English, written and spoken
• Computer Literate
• Sales Skills
• Analytic Skills
• Problem Solving Skills
• Telecommunications
• Candidate must be well organized
