Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex engineering projects from concept through to completion.

POSITION INFO

What You'll Be Doing Lead multiple engineering projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and financial performance. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee project documentation, reporting, invoicing, and governance. Support tender submissions, project costing, and proposal development. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices. What We're Looking For Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering , or a related engineering discipline. 4-6 years' experience managing engineering or technical projects. At least 2 years' engineering experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment. Exposure to the full product lifecycle from concept through production would be advantageous. Experience within the automotive, mobility, heavy equipment, defence, or specialised vehicle sectors will be highly advantageous. Working knowledge of PMBOK or similar project management methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
