• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on outdoor gear, clothing, shoes and eye wear brands.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Demonstrate product features and functionality to customers.
• Assist customer in making informed purchasing decisions based on their requirements and budget.
• Handle customers inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
• Assist with merchandise displays, ensuring products are presented attractively and effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and store promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Participate in invertory management activities such as stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings.

• Valid Competency to trade or proof that it is submitted at the SAP.
• Minimum 5-year knowledge in firearm and optics, with CTT
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in an outdoor department.
• Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of firearms, hunting, fishing, camping, or related outdoor activities.
• Familiarity with outdoor gear brands, product features, and industry terminology.
• Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Own transport.
