Project Engineer (Civil) - MW080726-4335

Our client, based in Secunda, is a world class consulting engineering firm. They are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer. This role requires a qualified Civil Engineer to lead the conceptualisation, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects.

The successful candidate will ensure all projects meet company quality standards, comply with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, satisfy client expectations, and are delivered in a commercially and economically viable manner.

Requirements:

• BTech/ Advanced Diploma Civil Engineering.
• 5 years’ relevant experience in industrial environment.
• 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry advantageous.

Competencies Required:

• Experience in engineering, design and project management of concrete and steel structures or civil infrastructure.
• Experience in the industrial environment will be advantageous.
• Intermediate skills for Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and understand the importance of delivery and client satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, literacy, and numerical skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

R50K - R100K negotiable (dependant on qualifications and experience)
