Aftermarket Regional Manager - MW080726-4336

Our client is a leading engineering company providing innovative, end-to-end engineering solutions tailored to the needs of the mining industry. Due to their exponential growth, the Engineering recruitment team is currently looking for an Aftermarket Regional Manager to lead and expand aftermarket operations across Kathu (Northern Cape).

This position is based in Kathu, with frequent travel across Northern Cape. The role is office and field based requiring regular visits to the mining areas to monitor performance and recommend improvements.

The core function of the position is to develop and execute sales strategies for aftersales services, spare parts, and maintenance solutions. This includes offering expert advice on equipment maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting.

• BEng Mechanical Engineer preferred.
• Afrikaans 1st language preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aftersales, technical sales, service / site management or business development within the mining or heavy equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of mineral separation and comminution equipment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working in the Northern Cape mining sector is advantageous.
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers and technical service providers (Outstanding written and verbal communication, preferably in Afrikaans).
