Sales Representative: Parts - VW Boksburg

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative focused on parts sales for our Volkswagen dealership in Boksburg. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support when purchasing vehicle parts, and you will be at the forefront of our efforts to drive sales and foster customer relationships in this busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their parts needs and provide accurate information on product offerings.
• Process parts orders and manage inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain product knowledge of Volkswagen parts and accessories to provide informed advice.
• Coordinate with service technicians and other departments to facilitate effective parts supply.
• Build and nurture customer relationships through follow-up communication and support.
• Assist in the execution of sales promotions and marketing initiatives to drive parts sales.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical information regarding vehicle parts.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing inventory.
• Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical knowledge or experience related to Volkswagen or similar vehicle brands.
• Prior experience in an automotive parts department or dealership setting.
• Relevant certifications in automotive sales or product knowledge.
