SUMMARY

Our esteemed client in Nelspruit is urgently seeking a Paraplanner – Insurance & Financial Planning to join their team on a permanent basis.

The salary offered is R10 000 CTC per month (no additional benefits).

The successful candidate will be highly accurate, detail-driven, and responsible for supporting the financial planning practice through analysis, compliance documentation, workflow management, and the preparation of client-ready reports. Key responsibilities include building client proposal packs, portfolio summaries, and optimisation reports, managing advisor workflow, submissions, and SLA deadlines, and ensuring full compliance with FAIS, FICA, POPIA, and TCF requirements in all documentation.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements : Matric (Grade 12) Minimum 3 years insurance experience across: Life Insurance Investment Products Short term Insurance Medical Schemes Excellent analytical ability and high accuracy Strong administrative discipline and structured work habits Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English preferred) A love for structure, accuracy, and client service Key Responsibilities: Build client proposal packs, portfolio summaries, and optimisation reports Manage advisor workflow, submissions, and SLA deadlines Ensure full FAIS, FICA, POPIA, TCF compliance in all documentation Perform analytical tasks with strong attention to detail Support administrative processes with disciplined workflow management If you are organised, analytical, and passionate about delivering professional, compliant work, I would love to hear from you!
