We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to join its team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience while providing exceptional administrative support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer-service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Afrikaans and English essential (Speak, read and write)

  • Visitor Management: Greet and direct clients, manage visitor logs, and issue badges.
  • Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Sort and distribute mail, maintain filing systems, and prepare meeting rooms.
  • Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy and reorder front-desk and breakroom supplies.
  • Scheduling: Update calendars and coordinate meeting room bookings

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
  • Communication: Clear and polite verbal and written communication.
  • Multitasking: Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, switchboards).
  • Education: Typically a High School diploma or Matric, with previous customer service or administrative experience being highly beneficial.
  • Languages: Afrikaans and English (Speak, read and write)
  • Own or relaible transport
  • Must be from the surounding area

R8000.00pm CTC negotiable depending on experience
