Field Service Technician

Our company is currently recruiting for an experencied Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Durban.

Summary of job

Field Service Technician to assist with on-site installation, repair and support to various clients - both provate and corporate.

• Must have own reliable vehicle – fully roadworthy and full-service history
• Own reliable cellular smart phone with Dual SIM - Data provided
• Clean bill of Health (medicals and drug screening done regularly)
• This position requires daily travelling and is NOT office based.
• Ability to think “on your feet” and “out of the box”.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• No Criminal History.
• Successful candidates must be fluent in both spoken and written English

Minimum qualifications and experience

• CompTIA A+ certified
• CompTIA N+ certified
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Notebook hardware support and repair to end users
• ACER, DELL, LENOVO, ASUS and HP Notebook repair experience
• Cisco router installation and support experience - Advantageous.
• Printer installation and support experience – Advantageous.
• AV installation and support experience - Advantageous.
• POS system installation and support experience – Advantageous
