Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in IT Computer Science or related field
- CompTIA Network Plus CCNA or equivalent required
- CompTIA Security Plus advantageous
Requirements
- Experience supporting IT networks and infrastructure
- Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of network security and backup solutions
- Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues efficiently
KPAs
- Maintain and support network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and network availability
- Troubleshoot hardware network and connectivity issues
- Ensure data security backup and disaster recovery processes are followed
