POSITION INFO

Qualification Matric / Senior Certificate Requirements Previous experience in customer service and/or internal sales. Computer literacy, including experience with SYSPRO, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel. Strong work ethic, reliability and self-motivation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reliable transport to and from work. Duties Service and support the company's existing customer base. Respond to new sales enquiries and convert opportunities into sales. Provide administrative and sales support to the external sales team. Deliver exceptional customer service via walk-in customers, telephone and email correspondence. Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities. Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the branch and retail counter.
