Resourcer

We are looking for an experienced Resourcer to join one of our UK-based client teams, specialising in Construction, Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, and Data Centre recruitment. You'll play a key role in sourcing high-quality technical professionals, building specialist talent pipelines, and supporting recruiters across a range of exciting projects throughout the UK.

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter as your primary sourcing tool to identify and engage top talent.
• Source candidates across Construction, Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, and Data Centre markets.
• Conduct candidate screening calls and assess suitability for live vacancies.
• Build strong candidate relationships and maintain talent pipelines.
• Support recruiters with candidate submissions, interview coordination, and CRM management.

• Previous experience as a Resourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruitment Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is essential, including Boolean searching, talent mapping, and proactive headhunting.
• Experience recruiting within Construction, Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, Data Centres, M&E, or other technical sectors.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
