SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join a well-established supplier in the industrial sector.

This is an external sales role based in Cape Town, focused on servicing an established customer base, supporting distributors, and driving new business growth across the Western Cape and surrounding areas.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an existing customer and distributor base Identify and secure new business opportunities within your territory Conduct technical product demonstrations Provide product training and technical support Promote the full product portfolio Achieve monthly sales targets Maintain accurate customer and sales records on the CRM system Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Travel throughout Cape Town, the Western Seaboard, and surrounding regions, including regular visits to outlying areas Minimum Requirements Proven external sales experience within the industrial, woodworking, or related sectors Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Confident conducting practical product demonstrations and product training CRM experience advantageous Self-driven with excellent organisational and time management skills Professional, disciplined, and customer-focused Stable employment history Clear criminal record Willing to travel extensively, including approximately one week per month Available to attend one month of training in Johannesburg
