SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a dynamic Automotive Sales Representative to manage an established customer base while driving new business growth across Cape Town and the surrounding regions.

This is an external sales role where you'll spend most of your time on the road, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical product solutions.

Key Responsibilities Service and grow an existing customer base Identify and secure new business opportunities within your assigned territory Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations Deliver product training to customers and distributors Promote the full product portfolio Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity on the CRM system Build and maintain strong customer relationships Travel extensively throughout Cape Town, the Western Seaboard, and surrounding regions, including regular visits to outlying areas Minimum Requirements Proven external sales experience within the automotive refinishing or automotive aftermarket industry Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills Confident conducting hands-on product demonstrations and training CRM experience advantageous Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently Professional, disciplined, and customer-focused Stable employment history Willing to travel extensively, including approximately one week per month Available to attend one month of training in JHB
