POSITION INFO

Our client is an organisation specialising in delivering digital transformation solutions that help businesses automate processes, improve operational efficiency, and better manage critical information. Working across a diverse client base, they design and implement enterprise software solutions that solve real business challenges through workflow automation, content management, document management, and process optimisation. As a Software Project Manager, you'll sit at the centre of client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered successfully from inception to completion. This role combines project leadership, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and change management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and people side of project delivery. Responsibilities: Manage document management, workflow automation, and enterprise content management implementation projects from initiation through to successful delivery Facilitate requirements gathering, process discovery workshops, and business analysis activities Document current and future state processes and translate business needs into functional requirements Coordinate software configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), stakeholder sign-off, and successful solution adoption Develop and execute change management and user enablement strategies Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while providing regular project updates Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar Project Management certification advantageous. Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience within software implementation, digital transformation, or technology delivery environments Proven track record delivering projects involving business process improvement and software solutions Experience working directly with clients and managing multiple stakeholder groups Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), workflow automation, BPM, or related technologies Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent communication, planning, risk management, and organisational abilities Apply now!
