We are hiring an Admin Clerk in White River. Job Title: Admin Clerk Reporting to: Manager Sector: Financial Services, Admin, Office & Support Function: Office Administrator, Clerk - Accounts Qualification: Senior Certificate - Grade 12 (Matric) Duties and Responsibilities: Core Administrative Duties General office administration, filing, scanning, and document control. Managing day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and internal communication. Relief reception duties: answering calls, assisting visitors, and cashier support if required. Maintaining accurate records of business transactions, office activities, and store/branch documentation. HR & Personnel Administration: Assisting with onboarding and termination documentation for staff. Maintaining personnel files, leave forms, disciplinary documentation, and WCA (Workmen's Compensation) claims. Assisting employees with HR-related queries and benefit documentation. Supporting skills development and employment equity reporting. Timekeeping & Payroll Support: Capturing daily/weekly timesheets for processing, and cleaning teams. Submitting payroll information accurately and on time. Updating leave records and ensuring compliance with labour legislation. Production, Inventory & Compliance Administration: Capturing GRNs/CVRs for deliveries, packaging materials, chemicals, and consumables. Matching GRNs to invoices and processing returns for damaged or incorrect goods. Assisting with inventory audits and compliance-related documents. Financial & Reporting Duties: Organizing month-end statements and capturing invoices. Assisting with basic accounting and financial reporting.
