Home Seekers is looking for a motivated and professional Call Centre Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a modern real estate company where your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities and supporting our real estate agents through proactive prospecting.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to homeowners who may be considering selling or renting their properties, qualifying leads, booking appointments for our agents, and maintaining accurate records of all client interactions. You will also assist with scanning the property market, identifying new opportunities, and helping our agents build a consistent pipeline of quality listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting calls to homeowners.
• Identify potential sellers and landlords.
• Book qualified appointments for our real estate agents.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Research the property market and identify listing opportunities.
• Update and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Work closely with agents to support their business development activities.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance targets.

Preferred Experience

Experience in real estate, property sales, or a call centre environment will be advantageous.

Experience with Property24, Lightstone, Virtual Agent, Loom, CRM systems, or similar real estate technology platforms will be highly beneficial.
