Recro Business Services is looking for a highly organised, proactive Customer Sales Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment.

This is not a traditional administration role.

You will become the central point connecting our clients, sales process, marketing activities and internal team. Every day is different and requires someone who enjoys solving problems, following up with clients and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for

• Supporting our sales process by preparing quotations and proposals

• Following up on leads and quotations

• Managing client onboarding and offboarding

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients

• Coordinating meetings and calendars

• Assisting with marketing campaigns and social media administration

• Maintaining CRM and practice management systems

• Tracking KPIs, dashboards and reports

• Supporting networking activities and business development

• General executive and office support

Has excellent written and spoken English

Can confidently communicate with business owners

Is proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do

Can juggle multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed

Is comfortable using technology and learning new software

Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion

Experience

Ideally you'll have:

• 2–5 years in customer service, sales support, administration or office coordination

• Experience in a professional or corporate environment

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Fast and accurate computer skills

Experience with accounting firms, Practice Ignition, CRM systems, SARS, CIPC or professional services will be advantageous but is not essential.
