Are you someone who can
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, service, quality, and productivity objectives.
- Drive team performance through coaching, development, and effective performance management.
- Ensure operational excellence through strong governance, compliance, risk, and process management.
- Use performance insights and trends to identify opportunities and deliver improved business results.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to support business objectives and customer outcomes.
- Support talent development through recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and career growth initiatives.
- Champion change, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team and broader business.
- Support talent development through recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, mentoring, and career growth initiatives, ensuring new joiners are effectively integrated into the suite.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Hold a FSCA-recognised NQF Level 7 qualification.
- Hold an RE5 Certification.
- Are Mandated for Intermediary Sub-Categories 1.17, 1.18, and 1.22 (not currently under supervision).
- Act as Supervisor for employees requiring FAIS supervision, completing the necessary call evaluations, assessments, and sign-off requirements.
- Previous leadership, mentoring, coaching, or people management experience in the Sales Call Centre space will be advantageous.
