POSITION INFO

Join an established property business managing a diverse commercial portfolio. You'll oversee the financial administration of multiple properties while working closely with asset management and operational teams to ensure accurate reporting and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts Process tenant recoveries and lease accounting Perform balance sheet reconciliations Manage budgets and expense allocations Assist with annual audits Prepare VAT and statutory submissions Ensure accurate property reporting Job Experience & Skills Required: BCom Accounting or National Diploma Property industry experience highly advantageous Strong reconciliations and reporting skills Intermediate to advanced Excel Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail Apply now!
