Job & Company Description: Our client, a market-leading provider of compressed air and gas equipment solutions, is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join their team. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with innovative technologies, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute to sustainable business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and providing customers with tailored solutions across a comprehensive range of compressed air and gas equipment, including compressors, dryers, blowers, gas generators, air treatment systems, and related services. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance and market development. Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification advantageous Job Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in technical or industrial sales Experience within compressed air, gas, industrial equipment, or related engineering industries preferred Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong technical ability with the capacity to understand and explain complex equipment solutions Experience preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities Strong customer relationship management and account development skills Experience conducting site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving and consultative selling abilities Experience using digital platforms and online channels to support lead generation and market awareness Ability to analyse customer requirements and recommend value-driven solutions Competencies & Behavioural Requirements: Customer-focused and committed to service excellence Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Strong commercial awareness and business acumen Excellent planning, organisational, and reporting skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Professional, ethical, and committed to maintaining high standards Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments Driven by continuous learning and professional growth Additional Requirements: Valid driver's licence Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory Apply now!
