REGISTERED NURSE

We are seeking a confident, proactive, and professional Registered Nurse to join a wellness clinic. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about preventative healthcare, lives a healthy lifestyle, and enjoys working in a modern wellness-focused environment.

The successful candidate will be confident in administering IV nutrient therapy and delivering exceptional patient care. Experience in the wellness, longevity, or integrative health sector will be highly advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer IV vitamin and nutrient drips safely and confidently.
• Perform venepuncture and blood collection with excellent technique.
• Prepare and administer treatments in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure strict infection prevention and control standards are followed.
• Educate patients on treatments and general wellness principles.
• Maintain stock levels and treatment rooms.
• Take initiative in supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Deliver a high standard of patient care and customer service.
• Deliver compassionate, confidential, and patient-centred care at all times.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Nurse qualification
• Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
• Minimum of 3 years' post-registration nursing experience
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical or private practice environment.
• Confident and experienced in IV cannulation and IV drip administration.
• Highly competent in venepuncture and blood collection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, well-presented, and patient-focused.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Takes initiative and is solution-oriented
• Experience with patient screenings, preparation, and follow-up care
• Candidates must live in the Cape Town Southern Suburbs or nearby, with easy access to the practice in the Cape Town CBD
• Experience working within the wellness, longevity, preventative medicine, or functional medicine sector.
• Experience compounding and mixing IV nutrient infusions.
• Knowledge of vitamin therapies and wellness protocols
