Position: Technical Support & Field Officer
Location: Maseru, Lesotho
Reports To: Country Director
Key Responsibilities
- Install and support customer connectivity solutions including fibre, wireless and Starlink.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, setup and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide first-line technical support and escalate faults where required.
- Assist with customer onboarding, router configuration and service activation.
- Coordinate with sales, operations and upstream providers for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain service records, stock usage and technical reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in ICT, Networking, Telecommunications or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in technical support, field services or ISP/telecommunications.
- Experience with routers, basic networking and customer installations.
- Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and work independently.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to travel regularly across Lesotho.
- Good spoken and written English; Sesotho is an advantage.
