Minimum Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a Commercial Farming Role
- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture | Horticulture |Plant Production | Agronomy or related field required
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans essential
- Strong knowledge of Commercial hydroponic production | Irrigation & fertigation | Plant health | Pest & disease management | GlobalG.A.P. & food safety | Production planning | Harvest coordination | Team leadership | Production reporting | Equipment & input management will be beneficial
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable References and Payslips required
Salary Structure
- Basic Salary of between R 35 000 and R 40 000 negotiable based on experience
