Credit Controller

Infinite Property Management is expanding, and due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller, preferably within the Property Management or Sectional Title industry.
• Strong understanding of levy collections, arrears management, and debtor administration.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with WeConnectU or similar property management software will be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and collect outstanding levy accounts.
• Follow up on arrear accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Liaise with attorneys regarding legal collections.
• Maintain accurate debtor records.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring effective debt recovery.
• Assist with general debtor administration and reporting.
