- Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing all aspects of staff recruitment.
- Working closely with hiring managers to shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and assist with preemployment.
- Oversee and ensure that the pre employment processes are followed in a fair and transparent manner.
- Communicate with candidates and provide a high quality and professional recruitment service through effective policies and procedures.
- Supporting and participating in all recruitment Processes set by ISG and other subsidiaries.
- Collecting applications, facilitating the candidate’s assessment (Practical Testing or Interviews)
- Screening of candidates and performing reference checks
- Communicate with the candidate regarding the outcome of their testing or interview process.
- Ensuring that weekly targets are met
- Ensuring that all required documents are collected from new applicants upon vetting: Curriculum Vitae, ID Document, Driver’s License, TAX Reference Letter, Passport and Certificates (if available)
- Keep track of all ongoing recruitments processes of all candidates
- Ensure Recruitment packs/files with other supporting documents approved by the company are submitted to Admin Division
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter for a minimum of 3 years
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands on experience with various selection processes, including electronic interviews, reference check, etc
- Very effective organizational skills
