Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Firewalls). Understanding of operating systems such as Windows and Linux. Familiarity with security tools and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, ISC2 CC, or Microsoft Security Fundamentals will be advantageous.
