SUMMARY

A well-established residential estate in Pretoria East is seeking an experienced and professional Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of the estate. The successful candidate will ensure that the estate is well maintained, compliant with regulations, and provides a safe and well-managed environment for residents.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12) 3-5 years' experience in Estate Management, Property Management, or Facilities Management Experience working within a residential estate or Homeowners Association (HOA) environment will be advantageous Strong administrative and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including residents, contractors, and service providers Key Responsibilities Estate Operations Oversee the daily operational management of the estate Supervise service providers, contractors, and estate staff Ensure the estate's infrastructure, landscaping, and communal areas are properly maintained Monitor security operations and access control procedures Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with estate rules, municipal by-laws, and relevant legislation Support the Homeowners Association (HOA) and Board of Directors with governance matters Assist with enforcing estate rules and addressing compliance issues where required Administration Maintain accurate estate records and documentation Manage contracts and service level agreements with service providers Ensure proper record keeping for residents, contractors, and service providers Stakeholder Communication Act as a key point of contact for residents and stakeholders Facilitate communication between the estate management team, service providers, and residents Assist with resolving estate-related queries and concerns This role requires a proactive and organised individual who can ensure the smooth running of estate operations while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
