Billing & Collections Manager to lead the Accounts Receivable function, minimise credit risk and ensure timely collections across a large customer portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organisation where your expertise will directly impact business performance.
POSITION INFO
Key Responsibilities Lead the Billing & Collections team to achieve collection targets. Manage the full Accounts Receivable and credit control function. Develop and implement effective credit policies and collection strategies. Assess credit applications and manage customer credit limits. Monitor debtor ageing, cash flow and collection performance. Resolve complex billing and payment queries. Prepare management reports, forecasts and ageing analysis. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal controls. Drive continuous process improvements across the department. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Business. Professional qualification such as CIMA or ACCA or SAIPA is advantageous. Minimum 5 years' experience in Debtors or Accounts Receivable Management. At least 2 years' experience leading a team. Strong knowledge of credit control, financial reporting and debt recovery. Experience in dealing with Chainstores is highly advantageous. Experience on SAGE or a similar ERP system. Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.
