About The Role

We’re looking for a driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented

Appointment Setter to join our Corporate Sales team at NxaTel. You’ll play a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and setting qualified appointments for our Senior Sales Executive. This role is perfect for someone with a go-getter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking to identify potential corporate clients for the NxaTel App.
  • Book appointments and manage the meeting schedule for the Senior Sales Executive.
  • Attend meetings, expos, and tradeshows to assist in lead generation and relationship building.
  • Organize and coordinate client communications, follow-ups, and next steps to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all opportunities, leads, and activities within the CRM system.
  • Support the sales team with administrative and operational assistance where needed.
  • Represent NxaTel professionally, with confidence and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Holds a valid driver’s licence and is willing to travel for tradeshows, client visits, and events.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) preferred.
