SUMMARY

NFC Lead Consultant – Cape Town CBD

Salary: R10,000 – R12,000 per month (depending on experience)

A well-established automotive company is seeking a confident and customer-focused

NFC Lead Consultant to join their team based in Cape Town CBD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers whose vehicle finance applications have been declined, assessing alternative options, liaising with dealerships, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Minimum 2 years' experience in a call centre, customer service, finance, sales support, dealership, or similar environment Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Key Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability Professional, empathetic, and well-organised Able to work under pressure and within a team Previous experience within the motor industry, vehicle finance, financial services, banking, or a high-volume call centre will be highly advantageous.
