Are you a qualified Trade-Tested Millwright looking to build a long-term career in Europe?

We are seeking experienced South African Millwrights to join leading manufacturing and industrial employers in the Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity to secure permanent employment, receive full relocation support, and begin a new chapter abroad under the Dutch Highly Skilled Migrant Programme.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
• Install, commission and maintain production equipment
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and automated systems
• Perform PLC fault finding and basic troubleshooting
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
• Improve equipment reliability and minimise downtime
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards
• Work closely with engineering and production teams

• Qualified Trade-Tested Millwright
• Minimum 3 years' post-trade experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, packaging or industrial production environments
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience working on automated production equipment
• PLC troubleshooting experience will be advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Fluent in Afrikaans (spoken and written)
• Valid South African passport
• Willing to relocate permanently to the Netherlands
