SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced

Group Financial Accountant to take full responsibility for the financial management and reporting of multiple entities within a group structure.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements: Accounting Degree or Diploma Professional registration with SAIPA, SAICA, or similar accredited body Minimum 10 years' accounting and financial management experience Advanced experience with Sage Accounting , Sage Payroll , Microsoft Excel , and SARS e-Filing Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Teams Strong knowledge of VAT, PAYE, payroll administration, and financial audits Key Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting Full debtors, creditors, and bank reconciliations across multiple entities Payroll processing, PAYE, VAT, and SARS submissions Budget preparation and cash flow management Audit pack preparation and liaison with external auditors Asset register maintenance and depreciation calculations Contractor payment reconciliations and commission calculations Monthly client invoicing and debtor management HR administration relating to payroll, leave, and employee records Personal Attributes: Highly independent and proactive Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels Deadline-driven, organized, and detail-oriented Committed to improving processes and adding value to the business Preference will be given to candidates who are available immediately or on short notice.
