To be accountable for the PPB AR Product income statement through the development and implementation of fit for purpose product solutions (e.g., Card Issuing, Lending, Transactional, Savings and Investments, etc.) across PPB AR countries. To shape and drive product skills development within PPB AR countries in order to drive effective product performance and commercialisation.

Products

Personal and Private Banking

More than 10 years

Experience in a senior product, financial and risk management capacity in a leading financial institution. Experience in interpreting and practicing integrated product, financial and risk management principles. Experience in management of financial objectives, both value creation and cost reduction, managing ROE targets considering profitability measures and capital. Experience within Africa Regions is key.
