Site Agent

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Site Agent to join our client in Cape Town. This position is suited to a construction professional with a strong background in site management and the ability to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience within the construction industry
• Previous experience managing construction sites and site teams
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
• Working knowledge of JBCC contracts and occupational health and safety requirements
