Position: Sales Executive

Location: Maseru, Lesotho

Reports To: Country Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify and convert opportunities across corporate, NGO, education, hospitality, healthcare, mining and government sectors.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
  • Provide market feedback and support revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, ICT, Telecommunications or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales, account management or business development.
  • ICT / ISP / telecommunications experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Ability to travel regularly across Lesotho.
  • Good spoken and written English; Sesotho is an advantage.
